TIRED OF HAVING BLOATED STOMACH ๐Ÿ˜ DUE TO EXCESS ๐Ÿ˜ฐ๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐ŸฅตWATER INTAKE???

It that time of the season that dehydration seems inevitable. We all love the season with the sweet memories that comes with it most times but cannot deny the fact that the issue of dehydration is not pleasant at all.

In our individual efforts to try and stay hydrated, we find out that we feel so thirsty even when we feel so filled with water in our stomachs leaving us blotted.

Here, I will give some few practices or some may call it tricks but I call it changes  that you can apply to help keep you hydrated with a bloat- free stomach.

1. Lemon ๐Ÿ‹: Lemon is a naltural diuretic that helps in water production in our body. Simply cut the lemon into pieces and put it into your water container(having a fresh bottle of table water will cause no harm๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค—). Always refill the the bottle when ever you take some water from it. This will help quench that thirsty feeling and also, keep you hydrated. You can also start your day with warm glass of water and lemon.

2. Cucumber : Cucumber is one of the vegies that has a high content of water. Eating lots of it will help supply some level of hydration to your system and quench that thirsty for a reasonable time. It can also help with the body temperature.

3. Watermelon ๐Ÿ‰: Watermelon is very good for this hot season. You can testify that once you take some slices of watermelon, there is this calm and cool sensation we feel. This is also good for people with Premenstrual Symptom(PMS).

4. Sugarcanes๐Ÿ˜˜: Who says that indulging your self with the sweet taste of sugarcane is a crime??? It's good to eat this natural sugar once in a while in the stead of taking carbonated drinks.  YES! You heard me well Coke Ambassador ( heard most people can be termed to be addicted to this brand of carbonated drink as they cannot go a day without it). Sugarcanes are more beneficial, health wise(unless of course you are being diagnosed of diabetes). So next time you see a sugarcane hawker don't resist to patronize them.

5. Bananas : Very rich.in potassium, and high soluble fiber which helps to prevent constipation, bananas are one of a supper foods to bank on this season.

6. Pawpaw: This can provide you with a great smoothie that helps to break down proteins in your Gastrointestinal system, giving no room for intestinal gas formation. It also aids in proper digestion.

7. Avocado Pear ๐Ÿฅ‘:  Avocado pear helps in the utilization of sodium there by discourages water retention in the body.

8. Yoghurts๐Ÿจ: Yesss!!! You heard me right๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹. The best yoghurt to take here is the unsweetened yoghurt. It is super delicious but if you are scared of the Sauer taste you can use honey as a sweetener.

Hope this will be helpful๐Ÿ‘ and do kindly share with us your own tips and what you think on the comment section.
